Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. finely chopped blanched almonds
Preparation

Melt chocolate over hot water.
Cool 5 minutes.
Combine egg whites and vanilla; beat until stiff.
Fold in sugar, almonds and cooled chocolate.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen!
