German Apple Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. oil
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts or 1 c. raisins or both
    2 c. apples, diced
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, orange juice, oil, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer at high speed. Sift together dry ingredients, then blend into first mixture. Fold in nuts. Place 1/3 of the batter in a greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle with half of a mixture of the apples, sugar and cinnamon. Pour on another 1/3 of the batter. Sprinkle on the rest of the filling and top with the last 1/3 of the batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool pan 10 minutes upside down, then remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
