Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. assorted vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots, green beans, corn or green peppers)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Ritz crackers, crushed
1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation

Cook and drain vegetables.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except crackers. Top with buttered crushed Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
