Hawaiian Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. salt
1/3 c. flour
3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients thoroughly and shape into 30 balls.
Roll balls in flour.
Brown in shortening and drain.
Pour Sweet And Sour Sauce over meat balls and simmer 15 minutes with lid on.
