Easy Mushroom Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated American cheese
4 c. pared and sliced potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. evaporated milk or regular milk
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. grated American cheese
Preparation

Combine soup, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, salt and milk.
Add potatoes.
Mix.
Put in greased baking dish.
Top with 1/4 cup cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
