Easy Pineapple Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 tsp. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 slices reduced calorie white bread
    1 tsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. drained canned crushed pineapple (no sugar added)
Preparation
    In smal bowl combine yogurt, sugar and vanilla; set aside. Brush 1 side of each slice of bread with half of the margarine. Place bread, margarine side up, on baking sheet.
    Broil until bread is lightly browned, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Spread each bread slice with 1/2 cup pineapple and continue broiling until pineapple is heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Top each Danish with half of the yogurt mixture, serve immediately.
