Low-Fat Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can 99% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
    5 to 6 medium potatoes
    skim milk
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Cook until tender.
    Mash potatoes, then whip with electric mixer.
    Fold in mushroom soup, adding a little skim milk.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
