Salmon Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chicken broth (low sodium)
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 can salmon, drained
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
    10 oz. corn
    12 oz. can milk (can be skim)
Preparation
    Cook celery, garlic and onion in 1/2 cup of broth.
    Add potatoes, carrots and remaining broth.
    Simmer 30 minutes until tender.
    Add broccoli and cook 5 minutes more.
    Add salmon, corn and milk.
    Heat briefly.
