Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sour milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1/3 scant c. oil
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 jalapenos, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients.
    Heat oil in an iron skillet until very hot.
    Add half the mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese and peppers.
    Pour on remaining mixture.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven.
