Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 small onion, diced
    1 #2 can cream style corn
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook, drain and set bacon aside to use as garnish. Cook diced potatoes and onion in water until soft.
    Allow to cool a few minutes then add remaining ingredients, except bacon and corn. Add corn during last ten minutes of cooking.
    Garnish with crumbled bacon.
    Takes about 2 hours to prepare.
    Delicious on a cold night!
