Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

pastry for double crust 9-inch pie
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6 c. peeled, sliced Golden Delicious apples
Preparation

Combine
thawed
apple juice and cornstarch in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add margarine and spices, mixing well.
Stir in apples.
Spoon mixture into the pie
shell and place the crust on top.
Cut slits in the crust to
allow steam to escape.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 375\u00b0 for another 30 minutes.
