Buttercream Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine
    1 tsp. Crisco to stabilize
    4 Tbsp. half and half or evaporated milk
    2 lb. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine and Crisco with milk.
    Add 1 pound sugar; mix well.
    Stir in cocoa and remaining 1 pound sugar and add to first mixture.
    Add vanilla and beat thoroughly.
    This is enough for 2 cakes and can be refrigerated for some time.
