Company Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
6 to 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can green chilies
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Oil flat casserole well.
Place small amount of soup in casserole.
Place rice evenly over soup.
Place seasoned chicken on top (pepper and garlic salt on each piece).
Lay chopped green chilies on chicken.
Pour remaining soups and 1/2 cup milk (mixed) over chicken.
Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
