Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in tablespoon of water.
    Scald milk, then pour dissolved gelatine.
    Add to egg yolks.
    Pour milk mixture over yolks and sugar mixture.
    Beat egg whites dry to stiff and fold into yolk mixture.
    Add whipped cream and stir to keep fluffy. Arrange ladyfingers in bowl and pour mixture into the lined bowl. Cover top with whipped cream.
    Can use Cool Whip.
    Serves approximately 8.
