Baked Butternut Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium squash
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Peel, chop and cook squash or bake unpeeled and scoop out. Mash hot squash.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Spray or oil baking dish and bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
