No-Bake Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. nutmeats (hickory or pecan)
    1 lb. large marshmallows, clipped
    25 graham crackers plus 12 graham crackers, all rolled fine into crumbs
Preparation
    Mix pulp, sugar and whole or pieces of nuts (not ground).
    Add marshmallows and crumbs from 25 graham crackers.
    Make into loaf. Cover bottom and all over with the crumbs from 12 graham cracker. Makes 1 loaf.
    Chill several hours.
    Slice and can be served with whipped cream.
    Keep remainder refrigerated.
