Chicken-Fried Pork Chops(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 good-sized pork chops, fat trimmed
seasoning salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. water
peanut oil (for the pan-frying)
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
Preparation

Whip eggs with water to make egg wash.
Mix the remaining ingredients, except oil, and place on a plate.
Dip chops into egg wash, then into coating mix.
Pan-fry in peanut oil over medium heat until golden brown and done to your taste.
