Butter-Barbecued Beef Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground lean beef
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 onion slices
    Butter-Barbecued Sauce
Preparation
    Combine first eight ingredients. Divide into 8 portions on double thick squares of foil.
    Shape into loaves.
    Top each with onion slice and 2 to 3 tablespoons Butter-Barbecue Sauce.
    Bring up sides of foil; fold down onto meat in tight double folds; fold ends over and over up close to meat.
    Grill 3 inches from coals 10 to 12 minutes. Turn.
    Grill 10 to 12 minutes longer.
