Cheeseburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
    8 to 10 slices cheese (American or Cheddar)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    Add the Italian seasoning and tomato soup.
    Heat to a boil.
    In a greased oblong casserole dish, spread the biscuits like pizza crust.
    Lay the cheese slices on the crust.
    Add ground beef mixture.
    May add more cheese on top and may sprinkle crushed cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
