Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 1/4 c. egg whites
Preparation
    Sift flour once, using a level cupful.
    Measure and sift sugar.
    Separate egg whites and measure.
    Sift flour 4 more times. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
    Just as eggs begin to foam, add cream of tartar.
    After stiff, fold in sugar, a little at a time.
    In same way fold in flour.
    Pour in tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
