1/2 c. Kretschmer wheat germ (any flavor)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. egg substitute or 1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. reduced calorie pancake syrup
2 c. fresh blueberries, raspberries or blackberries
Preparation

Heat nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat or electric griddle to 375\u00b0.
Skillet is ready when drops of water sizzle, then evaporate.
