Easy Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boned chicken breasts
    eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    butter
    1 pkg. Swiss cheese
    1 pkg. boiled ham
    cracker crumbs
    parsley
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts between 2 pieces of wax paper until quite thin.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Put a small chunk of butter, a strip of ham, a strip of cheese and a little parsley on each piece of chicken.
    Fold in sides and roll up like a jelly roll. Dust with flour.
    Dip in beaten egg.
    Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cooking. Fry in small amount of oil, just to brown. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 to 60 minutes.
