Carrot Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded carrot
    1 1/2 c. chopped Red Delicious apples
    1 c. thick sliced celery
    1/4 c. pitted chopped dates
    1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 c. nonfat mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.
    Combine yogurt, mayo, orange juice and lemon rind.
    Stir well; pour over carrot mixture.
    Toss gently.
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
    Yield: 8 servings.
