Cheesy Chili Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 c. tortilla chips
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
    chopped green or black olives (optional)
    1 1/2 to 2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, green pepper and onion.
    Drain.
    Stir in corn, tomato sauce and chili seasoning.
    Add Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes.
    Stir till cheese melts.
    Spread 1/2 of meat mixture into bottom of a 1 1/2 to 2 quart square casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2 of chips.
    Add rest of meat mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Top with rest of chips, tomatoes, olives and Cheddar cheese.
    Bake until cheese melts.
