Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
    1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/3 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
    1/3 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Drain spinach; press between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
    Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
    Transfer to a bowl.
    Cover and chill thoroughly.
    Serve with low calorie crackers, pita bread or raw vegetables.
    Yields 2 cups, 12 calories per tablespoon.
