Spring Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10 -oz.) frozen peas
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. pimiento
    1 c. nuts (your choice: cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds)
    1/4 c. crisply cooked crumbled bacon
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. ranch dressing
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
Preparation
    Rinse peas in hot water; drain.
    Combine vegetables and bacon with sour cream.
    Mix ranch dressing, mustard, and garlic; pour over salad mixture and toss gently.
    Chill.
    Just before serving, add nuts.
