Smothered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak, cut into bite-size pieces
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. onions
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    bread crumbs
    3/4 c. red wine
    seasonings
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Poach steak in wine on medium heat in skillet for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Drain and save wine.
    Arrange steak in baking dish; add seasonings.
    Saute mushrooms and onions in 2 tablespoons butter; pour over steak.
    Melt 4 tablespoons butter; add sour cream, reserved wine and flour.
    Mix well.
    Pour over steak.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
