Jewish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 soup can rice (not instant)
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart baking dish, layer the first four ingredients.
    Lay stick of butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
    Remove from oven and stir; bake an additional 15 minutes.
    Serves 8.
