Quick Dish Halupki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 can tomato soup
1 to 2 c. rice (partly cooked)
1 egg
Preparation

In a casserole alternate layers of shredded cabbage (from medium size head).
Combine ground meat with rice, partly cooked (1/2 pound rice or more, partly cooked).
Salt and pepper to taste, use egg in the meat and rice mixture.
Mix well together meat, rice and egg.
Then put a layer of cabbage, a layer of rice and meat and continue until you use up rice and meat mixture and cabbage.
End with a layer of cabbage. Then mix tomato soup with 1/2 can water and pour over the cabbage and rice mixture.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven until done.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
