Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    6 pork chops, cut 1-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and paprika and coat chops on both sides.
    Brown chops in margarine and place in 3-quart baking dish.
    Cook onions and green pepper in meat drippings until tender.
    Stir in tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and 3/4 teaspoon salt; pour over chops.
    Cover baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until chops are fork-tender.
    Put chops on serving platter and put gravy that is left in saucepan.
    Mix flour and water and stir into tomato mixture; cook until thickened. Pour over chops.
