Cheese 'N' Chilies Oven Omelets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.)
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 8 oz.)
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Layer Cheddar cheese, chilies and Monterey Jack cheese in lightly greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Beat milk, flour, salt and eggs.
    Pour over cheese.
    Cook uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven until center is set and top is golden brown, about 40 minutes, before cutting.
    Heat tomato sauce.
    Serve with omelet.
