Steak Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, cut (need not be a large one) in half
    1 bell pepper (medium one)
    1 small onion (both of these cut up in bits)
    1 Tbsp. Woody's barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. pimentos
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Put steak in hot skillet and brown until done.
    Remove from skillet; put on cutting board and cut into small bits.
    Set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Use 3 cups of water; put all ingredients into skillet and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add meat and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Cook rice (Minute rice) according to the amount you want on box.
    Thicken ingredients in skillet with 1 tablespoon cornstarch until the thickness you prefer.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 5.
