Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 container sour cream (8 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
Preparation
    Blend first six ingredients.
    Add cornmeal.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Bread is done when toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
