Easy Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large tomatoes (ripe)
15 Serrano peppers or 10 jalapeno peppers
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 clove garlic
salt to taste
Preparation

Wash tomatoes, peppers and cilantro. Core tomatoes.
In small saucepan, boil tomatoes and peppers until soft in just enough water to cover tomatoes, but don't let them float.
Drain half the water, then blend together with garlic clove and salt. Chop cilantro into small pieces and stir in. Enjoy.
