Oriental Beef Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    meat tenderizer
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 c. celery, sliced diagonally
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mushroom soup
    2/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 small can bean sprouts
    3 c. torn spinach or 1 box chopped spinach
Preparation
    Brown narrow slices of meat quickly, 1/2 amount at a time. Remove meat from pan.
    Cook celery and onion 2 to 3 minutes until tender-crispy.
    Add water and soy sauce to mushroom soup and bring to boiling, then return meat to pan.
    Add spinach to skillet. Cover and bring to boil.
    Add bean sprouts for 1 minute, then serve.
