Fruit Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks and juice
    2 bananas, sliced
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can lite fruit cocktail and juice
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
Preparation
    Mix pineapple chunks and juice with bananas.
    Add oranges, fruit cocktail and coconut, stirring slowly.
    Add the instant lemon mix into fruit and juice.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Pudding will set in fruit juice.
    Refrigerate.
