Baked Carrots And Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium carrots, pared and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling (sliced), rinse off syrup and drain
1/2 c. sugar plus 1/4 tsp. nutmeg plus 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
paprika
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender.
Combine carrots and apple slices. Turn into 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with sugar and spice mix. Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with dash of paprika.
Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
Makes 6 servings.
