Fresh Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bunch broccoli
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 stick margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Melt margarine in large frypan and saute chopped onion.
Add broccoli that has been washed and cut into bite size pieces.
Let cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Add rice and cream of chicken soup.
Add grated cheese.
Pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake until bubbly around the edge and bread crumbs are turning brown.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
