Brown Eyed Susans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked raisins in enough juice to make 3/4 c.
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. raisin juice, cooled
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Dough will be thinner than most drop cookie dough.
    Best when chilled.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
