Cinnamon Coffeecake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream together butter and 1 cup sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Sift together flour, baking powder and soda; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Blend brown sugar, 1 tablespoon sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
Pour half the batter into a buttered tube pan. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over batter, then add remaining batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes. Remove and serve warm.
