Shortbread Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 cans (large) evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix together butter, flour and sugar and pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Beat together all other ingredients.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lower temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
