Mushroom Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Knead the cream cheese, butter, flour and salt into a dough. Divide the dough into several portions and roll the dough between 2 pieces of waxed paper to a thickness of 1/8-inch.
    When all dough is rolled out, put the sheets in the refrigerator to firm up.
    (Be sure they are flat.)
