Mj'S Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini squash, sliced 1/4-inch
    1 lb. yellow squash, sliced 1/4-inch
    1/2 lb. carrots, julienne or snow peas
    1 red bell pepper, 1/4-inch strips
    1/2 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. thyme
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil carrots al dente.
    At 300\u00b0 or low-medium heat, place butter in skillet and melt.
    Add vegetables and spices, turning 2 or 3 times until just tender (approximately 6 minutes).
    Serves 6.
