Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

about 1 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, slightly beaten
some milk
sprinkle of flour
Preparation

In shallow pan, mix about 1 cup flour with salt and pepper to taste.
In separate bowl, slightly beat egg.
Add some milk and a sprinkle of flour.
Cut up chicken.
For each piece, individually coat with flour mixture, then dip into egg mixture.
Add another coating of the flour mixture.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown and well done.
It's best to use a cast-iron skillet.
