Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. biscuit mix
    2 lb. sausage, cooked
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage until browned.
    Drain (scramble cooked sausage). Combine all ingredients and knead thoroughly to blend.
    Roll into small walnut sized balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes about 60 or 70 balls.
