Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    4 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add bread crumbs, milk, oil, sugar and salt.
    Mix well.
    Add vanilla and raisins.
    Pour into 8-inch square baking dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
    Top with lemon or rum sauce.
