Delicious Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes
1/4 lb. oleo
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 small can Pet milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream soup
1 small jar pimento, chopped
Preparation

Boil potatoes until done.
Cook celery, pepper, onions in oleo until tender.
Add milk, soup and cheese.
Cook until cheese is melted.
Pour over potatoes in casserole dish.
Cook in oven at 375\u00b0 until bubbly.
