Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    4 large potatoes
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 small onion
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. flour
    4 oz. Colby cheese
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In large pot, pour milk, butter, salt and flour.
    Stir.
    Add pepper and warm.
    Add diced potatoes, cut up broccoli, chopped onion and flour.
    Add water.
    Let cook on medium temperature until vegetables are tender.
    Add cheese.
    Simmer.
