Hot Chicken Salad I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
    2 c. rice, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except for cracker crumbs.
    Pour mixture into large casserole sprayed with Pam.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling hot, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Serves 8 to 10.
