Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar*
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. applesauce
1 c. pecans

Preparation

*If you use sweetened applesauce, use 1 1/2 cups sugar.
